It was one of our goals last year to support the Canal & River Trust in setting up a Kidlington Towpath Taskforce. After a litter pick and survey along the canal in May (surveying erosion and potential future projects the new taskforce could undertake), the first monthly taskforce began in August 2024.

We now meet once a month from 10am-2pm on the first Tuesday of the month. Come and help improve the canal environment through Kidlington at these new drop-in volunteer working parties run by Canal & River Trust. Something for all skill levels.
