Monthly Digest – July 2022

Coming up…

Kidlington Gala DaySat 22nd July 2022, 11am-3pm, Exeter Hall, Oxford Rd, OX5 1AB.

Kidlington Parish Council is throwing its annual gala day with fun for all ages at Exeter Hal. Whilst there, be sure to visit ‘the Green Lane’ where lots of ecologically minded community groups will be sharing information (including a KEG stall – swing by and say hello!)

Big Hay Rake – Sun 28th Aug 2022, 10am-12pm, St Mary’s Fields, Church Lane, OX5 2BB

The annual hay rake on St Mary’s fields is a popular community event. After the grass in the meadows has been mown, it is essential to rake up the cuttings to encourage the wild flowers next spring. Some rakes provided, but if you have one please bring it! All ages welcome! Meet in the car park behind St Mary’s Church
